Melting Physical and Emotional Blocks

March 1, 2019 by Cara

“Life is meant to be a wondrous journey of discovery and exploration. While the challenges can be trying in the moment, everyone we know who’s embraced them, has felt huge freedom, exhilaration and satisfaction afterwards.”

-Doug Duncan & Catherine Pawasarat

Remember that scar you’ve had for over ten years? You may have forgotten it’s there, but your body hasn’t.

Although an injury looks healed on the outside, scar tissue can cause blocks that show up in surprising ways in your body and in your energy levels.

This month, as part of my Healing from the Inside Out series, we’re looking at blockages in the body.

I was inspired to write about this after discovering how decades-old scars (both internal and external) can show up as ailments, such as arthritis, later in life.

What was more incredible, was seeing how acupuncture loosened those blocks and was freeing up energy in patients.

Watch the video below to see how you can melt your blocks and live a joy filled life.
