Dean Nicholson
Dean’s areas of expertise include child and adult trauma and PTSD, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, and addictions. Dean’s practice is holistic and client centered, integrating a variety of cognitive-behavioural, emotion and body-focused therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Maureen Smith
Maureen is a holistic Counsellor who helps clients with anxiety/depression, compassion fatigue, how to find meaning and purpose, relationships and spiritual questioning. She is also certified as an Imago Relationship Therapist which provides a uniquely nonjudgmental, compassionate approach to help you reinvigorate your relationships and transform conflict.
